  • 1 teaspoon of glycerin

How to Use:

  1. Place fenugreek seeds in a bowl and pour boiling water over them.
  2. Add crushed parsley sprigs and sea salt.
  3. Stir in glycerin and mix well.
  4. Cover the bowl with a plate and let the mixture steep for 30 minutes.
  5. Soak a small towel in the mixture, ensuring the water is warm but not hot, wring it out lightly, and gently place it on your face.
  6. Leave it on for 15 minutes while ensuring complete relaxation.
  7. For enhanced effects, re-soak the towel in the warm mixture every 5 minutes before reapplying.

Aloe Vera Mask

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 tablespoons of aloe vera gel (fresh or store-bought)
  • 1 teaspoon of cucumber juice (optional)
  • A few drops of lemon juice (only if your skin is not sensitive)

How to Use:

  1. If using fresh aloe vera gel, extract it from the leaf and mash it until smooth.
  2. Combine aloe gel with cucumber juice for added cooling benefits. Add a drop of lemon juice for brightening effects.
  3. Apply the mixture to clean skin, including the area under your eyes (avoid contact with your eyes).
  4. Leave the mask on for 15–20 minutes.
  5. Rinse off with cool water and pat your face dry with a soft towel.

Tip: For a stronger cooling effect, store the aloe vera gel in the refrigerator before use.

Sea Salt Mask

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of fine sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons of warm water
  • 1 teaspoon of glycerin or honey (for moisturizing)

How to Use:

  1. Dissolve sea salt in warm water, stirring thoroughly.
  2. Add glycerin or honey to minimize potential skin irritation.
  3. Soak a cotton pad or gauze in the mixture.
  4. Apply the compress to your face, avoiding the eye area. If using the compress on your eyes, ensure it is lightly wrung out to prevent liquid from dripping into your eyes.
  5. Keep the compress on for 10–15 minutes, then rinse your face with cool water.

Tip: If you have sensitive skin, start with a lower concentration of salt (½ teaspoon per 2 tablespoons of water).
