Raspberry Mojito

Ingredients:
- Fresh raspberries – 100 g
- Mint leaves – 10–12 pieces
- 1 Lime
- Sugar – 2 tsp (to taste)
- Sparkling water – 150 ml
- Ice – to taste
Preparation:
- Place mint, raspberries, and sugar in a glass. Gently mash them with a muddler or spoon to release the juices.
- Squeeze the juice from the lime and add it to the glass. Stir well.
- Fill the glass with ice and top it with sparkling water.
- Stir and garnish with a sprig of mint and a few raspberries.
Cranberry-Ginger Splash

Ingredients:
- Frozen cranberries – 500 g
- Apple cider vinegar – 200 ml
- Water – 100 ml
- Cinnamon sticks – 2
- Ginger (peeled, sliced) – to taste
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, combine all ingredients and cook over medium heat.
- Once the mixture begins to boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes until the cranberries soften.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Strain the liquid to remove the cinnamon sticks and any solid bits.
- To make the cocktail, fill a glass with ice, add 50 ml of the syrup, and top with 150 ml of soda water. You can substitute soda with tonic water if preferred.
Watermelon Breeze

Ingredients:
- Seedless watermelon – 600 g
- 4 Limes
- Sparkling mineral water – 500 ml
- Cucumber (optional) – for garnish
Preparation:
- Squeeze juice from the limes and blend with their pulp until smooth.
- Pour the lime mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze.
- Cut the watermelon into cubes, blend it, and strain the juice.
- Combine the watermelon juice with the frozen lime puree and refrigerate for a few hours.
- Before serving, add sparkling water, garnish with cucumber slices, and serve with ice.
Peach Daiquiri

Ingredients:
- 2 Peaches
- Lemonade – 200 ml
- Sugar syrup – 1 tsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp
- Crushed ice – to taste
Preparation:
- Remove the pits from the peaches and cut them into small pieces.
- Blend peaches with lemon juice and sugar syrup until smooth.
- Add crushed ice to a glass, then pour in the peach mixture.
- Top with lemonade, stir gently, and garnish with peach slices.
Non-Alcoholic Sangria

Ingredients:
- 1 Orange
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Apple
- 1 Pomegranate (or 100 g of pomegranate seeds)
- Mineral or sparkling water – 500 ml
- Grape juice (or any other fruit juice) – 400 ml
- Sugar – 2–3 tbsp (to taste)
Preparation:
- Slice the orange, lemon, and apple thinly or into cubes, removing seeds.
- In a large pitcher, add the chopped fruit, pomegranate seeds, and sugar. Gently stir to release the fruit juices.
- Pour in the grape juice and sparkling water, mixing thoroughly.
- Chill the sangria in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours before serving.
- Serve in glasses garnished with additional fruit slices.
Strawberry Punch

Ingredients:
- Fresh strawberries – 200 g
- Freshly squeezed orange juice – 200 ml
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Soda water – 300 ml
- Sugar – 1–2 tsp (to taste)
- Ice – to taste
- Orange slices and mint for garnish (optional)
Preparation:
- Chop strawberries and mash them with sugar until the juice is released.
- In a pitcher, combine orange juice, lemon juice, and the mashed strawberries. Mix well.
- Add soda water and ice, then stir thoroughly.
- Garnish with orange slices and mint before serving.
Grapefruit Fizz

Ingredients:
- Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice – 700 ml
- Sparkling mineral water – 1 liter
- Sugar – 100 g
- Water – 200 g
- Fresh ginger – 60 g
- Black peppercorns – ½ tsp
- Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
- Salt – a pinch
- Crushed ice – to taste
Preparation:
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar, water, black peppercorns, finely chopped ginger, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly and strain through a sieve. Allow the syrup to cool completely.
- Mix the chilled grapefruit juice with the syrup. Stir well.
- In glasses filled with crushed ice, pour the juice mixture halfway and top with cold sparkling water.
