  • Ice – to taste

Preparation:

  1. Place mint, raspberries, and sugar in a glass. Gently mash them with a muddler or spoon to release the juices.
  2. Squeeze the juice from the lime and add it to the glass. Stir well.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and top it with sparkling water.
  4. Stir and garnish with a sprig of mint and a few raspberries.
