Healthy Dessert Recipes to Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth

Panna Cotta with Coconut Milk and Orange Juice

Ingredients:
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 300 ml orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1.5 tsp agar-agar
Instructions:
First Layer
- Mix 100 ml orange juice with coconut milk, cornstarch, honey, and half the agar-agar.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring. Boil for about 1 minute until the mixture thickens.
- Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate until fully set (about 1–2 hours).
Second Layer
- Combine the remaining orange juice with the rest of the agar-agar.
- Heat the mixture on the stove and bring it to a boil.
- Cool it to room temperature.
- Gently pour the orange layer over the set coconut layer.
- Refrigerate again until fully set (another 1–2 hours).
- Before serving, garnish with orange slices and a sprig of mint.
Chia Pudding with Berries

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 250 ml almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
- A few drops of vanilla extract (optional)
- Fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
- Nuts or granola (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, honey (or syrup), and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into a glass or bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 4–6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with fresh berries, nuts, or granola as desired.
Strawberries in Chocolate

Ingredients:
- 300 g medium-sized strawberries
- 150 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lime
Instructions:
- Wash the strawberries and pat them dry with a paper towel, leaving the stems intact for easy dipping.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.
- Once melted, mix in the lemon and lime zest to enhance the flavor.
- Dip each strawberry halfway into the chocolate, coating it evenly.
- Place the dipped strawberries on parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Let the chocolate set, then refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving.
Banana Sorbet with Chocolate

Ingredients:
- 700 g bananas
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 20 g lemon pulp
- 130 ml water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 40 g chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Mix warm water and honey until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Peel and roughly chop the bananas.
- Dice the lemon pulp.
- Place the bananas, lemon pulp, lemon juice, and honey water into a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 1 hour.
- Add chocolate chips to the partially frozen sorbet, mix well, and return to the freezer until completely frozen.
- Before serving, let the sorbet sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes to make it easier to scoop.
The Perfect Guilt Free Cheesecake

Ingredients:
Crust
- 100 g soft dates (pitted)
- 80 g nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, or a mix)
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 tsp cocoa powder or cinnamon
Filling
- 200 g soft cottage cheese or cream cheese
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
- 2 tsp gelatin or agar-agar
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
Instructions:
For the Crust
- Blend the nuts in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Add the remaining crust ingredients and blend until it forms a sticky, uniform mixture.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a pan with sides (a springform pan works best). Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
For the Filling
- Soak the gelatin in water and let it swell. Then gently heat it until fully dissolved.
- In a blender, combine the banana, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or syrup), and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the warm dissolved gelatin and blend again until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture over the chilled crust and smooth the surface.
- Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (overnight is best).
- Before serving, optionally top with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings.
