But do you know what can make it even more delicious? The perfect marinade! In this article, we’ve prepared 5 simple recipes that will take your dinner to the next level!
Baked Honey Soy Salmon
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 700g salmon fillet
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Mix the soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and olive oil together.
- Add the grated ginger, minced garlic, and black pepper.
- Place the salmon fillet in a container and pour the marinade over it.
- Cover and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the salmon in a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 15–20 minutes.
- Serve with vegetables of your choice.
Baked Salmon with Tomatoes, Leeks, and Capers
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 700g salmon fillet
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- 200g leek
- 2 tbsp capers
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp marjoram (dried or fresh)
- A pinch of black pepper
- 5g olive oil
Instructions:
- Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together.
- Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and the leek into rings. Sauté them in olive oil, then place them on top of the salmon.
- Add the capers and marjoram.
- Cover the salmon with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes at 180°C.
Baked Salmon with Mustard
Ingredients:
- 700g salmon fillet
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1–2 drops Worcestershire sauce
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Mix the Dijon mustard, honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce together.
- Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- Bake the salmon for 15–20 minutes at 180°C .
Baked Salmon with Oranges and Teriyaki Sauce
Ingredients:
- 700g salmon fillet
- 2 oranges
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- 2 tsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp pink peppercorns
Instructions:
- Mix the teriyaki sauce with the grated garlic and ginger.
- Place the salmon on parchment paper and brush with the marinade.
- Cover the salmon with orange slices and drizzle with olive oil. Lightly salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 160°C.
Baked Salmon with Lemon and Rosemary
Ingredients:
- 700g salmon fillet
- 1 lemon
- 3–4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic (grated)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish. Brush with olive oil and grated garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the rosemary sprigs and thinly sliced lemon rounds.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15–20 minutes.
